The grand opening ceremony for the newest section of Little Sugar Creek Greenway (LSCG,) the one that runs from Morehead St north to Charlottetowne Av. And what better way to celebrate the opening of this section than to ride bicycles the length of the greenway that will connect to the new section! We’ll gather at the trailhead at Brandywine and Westfield Rds (behind Park Road Shopping Center) at 9:15 am and meander toward Freedom Park, picking up anyone who’d prefer starting from there. We should easily be at the new plaza where the celebration will occur by no later than 9:45 am.
